HIGH/LOW VOLTAGE MONITOR (668 series) SETTING INFORMATION.

DATA SHEET AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS LINK.

Use in accordance with supplied product documentation.

The 668 High/Low Voltage monitor is designed to measure dc voltages and de-energise one of two relays if the measured potential rises above or falls below a pre-set limit.

SETTING THE HIGH VOLTAGE DETECTOR.

To set the high voltage monitor a DC voltage at the required tripping level must be applied to the alarm using pins 2 (-) and 10 (+).

The potentiometer VR1 is adjusted until the red PCB mounted led 2 illuminates. Verification of a correct setting is made by adjusting the supply voltage 0.5V negative to the required trip point where the relay RL1 will change state.

SETTING THE LOW VOLTAGE DETECTOR.

To set the low voltage monitor a DC voltage at the required tripping level must be applied to the alarm using pins 2 (-) and 10 (+).

The potentiometer VR2 is adjusted until the red PCB mounted led 1 illuminates. Verification of a correct setting is made by adjusting the supply voltage 0.5V positive to the required trip point where the relay RL2 will change state.
