4. Can power diodes be fitted in series with the positive output supply from the charger?
A single or pair of output diodes are included within the rectifier fitted to the charging systems. Fitting an external power diode prevents the charger control circuitry from reading the battery voltage and disables the charger output. Special arrangements can be made to chargers requiring an external diode. Simply specify the requirement on your enquiry.
