CBC Design: Low Voltage Monitors.

A Low Voltage Monitors works in a similar manner to the High Volts Monitor. It measures your battery
voltage and trips the internal relay (used to switch your warning leds or buzzers) if it falls below a pre-determined (adjustable) level.
The low voltage monitor draws less than 2 watts from the cells and it's primary duty is to provide
a warning in the event of partial or total discharge.
In some ways, this unit has a more important role than the HVM. Charging equipment
rarely overcharges batteries. Undercharging is a real threat though. Without some
form of monitor to make sure your batteries are ready for action when you need them
most, you cannot be certain that they will perform to the manufacturers specification.
The unit is fitted with on-board through label healthy & failure leds and includes a double
pole volt free relay rated at 3A @ 230VAC or 30VDC. Connections and installation requires an 11 pin octal base (Included!).
Low voltage monitors are available in 6, 12, 24, 30, 48, 60 & 110VDC versions and carry a twelve
month warranty against failure. A 60 second (adjustable) delay relay trip timer is included so you can
monitor your engine cranking batteries without getting a false alarm during engine starting.
Shipping charges shown as "Tax" for overseas customers!
Please record the operating voltage in the comments box when ordering.
