Many of our products can be ordered directly from our website using the secure on-line facility provided by WorldPay. Click the symbol to add the item to your basket. Click the worldPay icon for further information.

Where you want to order a custom built system on line, we will email a special link to you that will allow you to place your order through our secure facility. Please note that the price will be agreed in advance during the quotation stage. Any carriage charges may be included in the price quoted or may be added on when checking out.

Customers with a thirty day credit account can place orders by telephone, fax or email. Goods and services are provided in accordance with the terms of your account. Late payment may result in interest charges in accordance with the late payment of commercial debts act.

All prices shown exclude VAT which will be added at the current UK rate. Please note that tax applied to orders placed by customers outside the EU is refunded in the form of subsidised shipping costs. In some cases this may result in free shipping to your country.

Please note that we accept payment in pounds sterling only. The rate of exchange on the day of the transaction will be used to calculate the sum due for payments from overseas customers.

Many of our products are built to order and consequently orders of this nature cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Orders for off the shelf items cancelled before then may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee or more, depending upon costs we have incurred.

FRAUD: We will use all legal powers at our disposal to prosecute any individual or the representative of any company or charity who supplies false information in an attempt to obtain goods and services from us unlawfully. This includes the submission of false credit/debit card details, false names and email addresses. Furthermore, we will notify your ISP of your activities so that they can take appropriate action under their "Terms of Use" policy.
